Karlis Cirulis (1925.1.IX – 1994.17.II)
Karlis Cirulis graduated J. Rozentals school of art (1950) and Graphic department of Latvia Art academy (1957).
Artist took part in exhibitions since 1962.
Most important personal exhibitions were organized in Jelgava (1962, together with E. Andersons and R. Bems; 1974, together with E. Andersons), Jurmala (1964, together with J. Pauluks), Riga (1978), Tartu (1982/83), Leningrad (1987).
K. Cirulis worked as a Trade propaganda office director in Latvia section of USSR Trade and Industry chamber (1959 – 63).
Artist was awarded with diploma of 4th graphic triennial in Tallin (1977) and premium and medal of Artists Union for the best performance of creation in 1978.
