Alla Preobrazhenskaya was born in 1961 in Znamenka, Kirovograd region. in a family of hereditary artists.
1984 graduated from the Kirovograd National Technical University.
Since 2001, active exhibition activity of the artist began. Alla Preobrazhenskaya currently has more than 15 solo exhibitions. She takes part in international exhibitions, projects, as well as in numerous charity events.
In 2010-2011 The PinchukArtCentre International Center for Contemporary Art acquired several works by Alla Preobzhenskaya for its collection.
Works are kept in private collections in Ukraine, CIS countries, Estonia, USA, Switzerland, Germany, Israel, Poland, Spain.
