Born 1942 in Riga, Latvia
1961 – Graduated from J. Rozentals Art School
1966 – Started participating in exhibitions
1967 – Graduated from the Art Academy of Latvia. Faculty of Visual arts
1970 – 1973 Has taken graduate studies in I. Repin Institute in St. Petersburg, Faculty of History of Art
In Latvia and abroad has participated in more than 50 exhibitions.
14 solo exhibitions have taken place since 1984. The most important of them:

Paintings can be found in the funds of Latvian National museum of Art, Tretyakov State Gallery in Moscow, as well as in private collections throughout the world.
In The Soviet time, painting „Birthday” (1968) led to the prohibition of the 7th young artists’ exhibition.
Works in oils, watercolor, pastels, etc. techniques.
Brilliant uplifting periods alternating with deep depression periods in her creative work.
Works on various contract paintings.
Has executed two particularly significant orders in altar painting restoration – Christ and Holy Peter (375x175cm) in 1994, Mazirbe church and Birth of Christ (178x145cm) in 1998, Evele Church.
