Egils Garkevics (1943) - artist.

Born in Riga, in 1962 graduated from the Graphic Arts Department of the SAA. The artist is a member of the artists group of Tukums and actively participates in group exhibitions. Basically manifests itself in graphics and watercolors, but also engaged in interior design, metalwork and books illustration. Artist illustrated works of such writers as L. Tyusans, A. Dzilums, E. Khanbergs and others.
