Vladimirs Pavlovs (1950)
Born May 6, 1950 in Riga. In 1981 he graduated from the department of artistic construction of the Academy of Arts.
Since 1985 he has been a member of the Latvian Artists' Union.
Member of the Union of Artists of St. Petersburg.
In 1988, he organized the Free Art group in Riga, which organized independent art exhibitions in Riga and Germany. Pavlov wrote the manifesto "Free Art", which was later translated into several languages and, according to the artist himself, is still relevant today.
Participates in exhibitions since 1978.
