(1899 23 XI Latvia – 1962 9 II) – Painter and art teacher.

                         He was born at peasant’s family. His cousin was a painter Arnolds Nullitis. Artist graduated Academy of Art under guidance by V. Purvitis, with diploma work “Landscape” (1931). He was a member of Mukusalas artist’s group (1933 – 1940).

                         Till 1937 he lived at Bauska, 1938 – 1941 – Jelgava, 1941 – 1944 – Dobele. Since 1944 he lived at Bauska and worked as a drawing and art historian teacher.

Artist painted landscapes.
